Kids Room

Before Riley was born, we had lots of work to do! Mathew and Grace now share a room, and they wanted a BYU room, so we had to paint over the purple princess room! They LOVE their new room!

As for Riley, she was a surprize, so we had to pick gender neutral colors! It took a lot of work, but we painted one wall with the squares, one wall yellow, one wall blue, and one wall green. However, now that she is here and mommy knows she is a girl, we are going to paint the yellow in the room pink! Mommy wants a little more girly room for her tiny sugar!

Grace and Mathew are very excited about their sister. Grace loves to feed and hold Riley, while Mathew likes to just watch Riley. She is teeny tiny and we think Mathew isn't quite sure what to make of her yet! Miss Riley was born with a headful of blonde hair. She is already tickelish, daddy has checked to make sure! Her baby armpits and her tiny feet are the most sensitive. Riley spends most of her days sleeping, and loves to have her hair played with. Mathew and Grace can't wait for her to get up and play and already have the toys picked out. She is our new treasure and we love her so very much!

This spring we had so much fun! Our cousin Lanae came down from Colorado with her mommy to see us, and then for easter our cousin's Chrissy, Ashley, and Elizabeth came to visit from Houston! Grandma took us all to take pictures in the TexasBlue Bonnets. Here are some pictures grandma took!
